Polka dot midi dress

Blue dress with layered yellow and white polka dots. Pleats around the collar. I’m 5’3”, and it goes past my knees (the photo doesn’t show the length right). It’s super easy to wear (flowy and durable with no ironing needed). If it still fit me, I would keep it. Waist: 15.5” Shoulder to hem: 40.5”
