Polka dot mini dress

Polka dot, sleeveless scarf mini dress. Navy blue with white polka dots and a fuscia rim. The dress itself looks like a polyester blend and the outer part of the dress is like a shefan scarf felt. I has a zipper in the back. There are no tags, but it was never worn.
