Polka dots! Navy blue with orange dots, it’s such a cute color combo. Has ruched sleeves and belt loops. There is no size tag, but I’m guessing its a large. Armpit to armpit: 18’ Waist: unstretched 12’ to fully stretched 18’ I bought from ModCloth. In good worn conditions. No markings. A little worn in the armpits. I no longer wear it so I decided to sell it.
