Polka dot pin up girl micro mini dress ( or top )

I have had this bad boy forever. Can be worn as a top or dress ( I’ve done both .. dress is micro mini ). Cut the tags of years ago cause they were itchy. Think I got it from forever 21 .. fits size s / xs. Some sort of cotton blend. Soft, lightweight, body hugging and stretchy. Really nicely structured sweetheart chest with tie knot detail. Cap sleeve and swing skirt bottom. Navy blue and white polka dots.
