Polka dot pleated dress

Black and white polka dot dress with pleated skirt. Collared with four buttons up the front. Sleeves roll down to full length or can be buttoned up. Two front pockets. Hits right above knee length depending on your height. Material is slightly sheer, but skirt is lined. Never worn but no tags.
