Polka dot pleated dress

This sleeveless shirt dress is made of a sheer blue and white polka dot material that is pleated all over. It has a collar, pearlescent buttons and a removable self belt. It is fully lined and has an a line skirt. Perfect in the spring and summer! It has been hemmed but is otherwise in great confusion.
