Polka dot romper/cover up

Romper with embroidered Polka dot details and frayed edges. Somewhat sheer fabric so I think it’s more of a cover up, however I wore this in the past with nude underwear and a blue bralette and it looked cute! Darts on the top for some structure. Drawstring functions and has gold thread detail. Adjustable straps. There is a small stain pictured in second photo but I actually didn’t even know it was there until I got up close. Super comfortable to wear. Blue is a bright almost cobalt blue. Has pockets.
