Polka dot ruffle highlow mini dress, black & white

NWOT never worn. This dress was purchased in Madrid at a boutique but never worn. The dress is very cute and has total flamenco vibes. The neck line is ruffled a so is the front of the dresd. The mid section has a cut out detail and gives the dress a unique look. The sleeves have bell detail and its a high low style. Love this dress but it needs a new home.
