Polka dot sheer blouse

Super fun versatile polka dot blouse. I love to tie this shirt up with a pair of high waisted pants or wear it long with a pair of leggings. Any bra or colored bralette looks super cute under it. It has one flaw it came with. The left sleeve does not have a button whole on it but there is a cool piece Of fabric on both sides that comes from inside the sleeve so you can roll the sleeves up and keep them scrunched. Good condition.
