Polka dot skater skirt - worn twice!

Super fun skater skirt with zipper on the side. Ideally fits somebody with pant size 4/6 so that it isn’t too short, but length is up to you, of course! Really playful with a sneaker or tights with booties for a nighttime look. Worn twice!
