Polka dot sleeveless dress with elastic waist

I’m in love with this dress, it’s just unfortunately too big for me. It’s the whole package, pockets, elastic waist for pull on wear and bow detail at neck. Black with white polka dots and slight tan accent. I’m 5’8” and it hits at my knee
