Polka dot tie-waist dress with roll tab sleeves

This is an XS Mossimo black and white polka dot patterned tie waist dress with roll tab sleeves. The dress has two functional pockets on the chest as well as below the waist tie. The tie is within a cinched portion that includes an elastic band and has decorative brass ends. The dress has a rounded shirttail shaped hemline. It is very comfortable and flattering. The fabric is 100% polyester. Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Worn only once, excellent condition with no tears or stains.
