Polka dot top with lace sleeves

American rag polka dot top, elastic gathering at wrists and bottom. Cute sleeve detail. Would work best for someone petite, or as a shorter top. It’s 23 in tall, 24 in long sleeve from neckline to wrist and 27 in across from under arms. It’s loose fitting.
