Polka dot wrap dress

So soft, V neck with a loose sleeve. Tie is attached, skirt is a wrap style. It’s slightly longer in the back. From shoulder to hem it’s appropriately 36 inches. Waist is 13.5 and arm pit to arm pit is 16 inches.
