Polka dot wrap skirt from Urban Outfitters

This is THE MOST flattering skirt! It doesn’t fit me anymore or else I wouldn’t part with it. Lightweight but provides good coverage. Black base with tan polka dots. Styled as a wrap skirt but doesn’t actually come undone.
