Polka-dot Top with a Pleated Front

The Black and white polka-dot top has added fullness with box pleats in the front. The soft drapey fabric is polyester with 4% spandex. Size 2X measures 26" pit to pit back measurement, and 30" back length. This garment has never been worn and is in like new condition.
