Polkadot blouse, button-down, white & black size S

This is actually one of my favorite items lately! I bought two sizes and this is the one that's too small for me. Only the blouse is for sale, the other photos show you how I style it. The same blouse in navy with white polkadots is in another listing. Top of shoulders measures 15", underarm/bust measures 18" with the pleat closed, hip area measures 20 1/2" across. Sleeves are 24" from shoulder to cuff.
