Polka-dot collared dress

One of my faves but I just don't wear it anymore. It is sheer so you would need a slip to wear underneath. Unless you don't want to, in which case, you rock that sheer look! ? nothing is wrong with it. All the buttons are intact. It did come with a little brown belt but I don't know where I put it. Oh and in case you can't tell the color is real with white polka-dots
