Polkadot denim look fit and flare bow back halter dress

This dress looks like denim, but it’s more of a chambray fabric in a light blue wash with white polkadots. The bus sign is slightly padded. This is a fit and flare styling. It’s the fact that really makes this dress. It has a lovely bow up on the halter straps. In excellent condition.
