Polka-dotted long sleeve dress 👗 2 for 15

Adorable polkadot long sleeve dress with heart detailed back. This dress is adorable but there is a small tear in the back where the cloth slipped off of the seam of the back by the buttons. But a simple stitch to reattach the hem that part of the dress should fix it.
