This is an adorable, peasant-style blouse with a petite floral design in blue, green, white, and black. The gathered elastic gives a smocking appearance, and encompasses the blouse from just under the bust, down to the hem - all the way around. Elastic around the neck forms a square neckline. The fabric is 100% rayon, which is soft and comfortable. The long sleeves are puffy, ending in gathered elastic with a ruffled effect.
