Excellent condition, no flaws. Very stretchy material that feels thick and well made. V neck. Blue and white stripes. Ties in the back at the waist so it is somewhat adjustable. Flared sleeves/bell sleeves/angel sleeves/flounce sleeves begin at the elbow. Pit to pit: 18.5" Shoulder to hem: 17" Pit to cuff: 18" Waist flat: 17" (adjustable - see photos)
