Polly Flinders Blue Vintage Smocked Dress

Navy blue plaid with yellow and white stripes with turquoise, red, and yellow embroidered dots vintage Polly Flinders sleeveless fitted and flared smocked dress in size 7 with yellow and white flowers embroidered on the smocking. Top is fitted with white eyelet lace collar. Buttons down back with fabric waistband tie. Bottom is flared with slight pleating. Good used condition because of some wash wear.
