Super cute, super comfy!! Excellent quality, very nice, soft fabric, good construction. Light blue, with small, dark blue geometric flecks throughout. Deep V neck, shirred sides at the waist, smocked across the back at the waist, and it has fabric covered buttons up the front. Hits mid-thigh, fit and flare silhouette. Short sleeves have elastic to make them puffy with a ruffle. 85% Cotton, 10% polyester, 5% spandex Comes in black & white, also! (separate listing) Pit to pit 18" Waist side to side 12" stretches a few inches. Length from shoulder 31" Size is labeled as S-M It fits my size 6 mannequin very well, but it does stretch. New, no flaws.
