It is a soft cotton shell with a polyester blend lining. It is such a fun piece to wear that I had to offer it here, at such a low price because it doesn’t have the tag. I machine washed it in a mesh garment bag on cool, delicate cycle, hang dry. The liner is attached at the top of the shoulder so it moves easily without constriction. It’s soft and comfortable just like your favorite pair of jeans.
