Polo Ralph Lauren Sports Coat

A vintage, made in USA sports coat from Polo Ralph Lauren. Interior tag has all lettering and information worn away. I'd wager this is 100% wool with a synthetic lining. Fully lined. Appears to be a 44 or 46 but please refer to measurements below for best fit. There are a few holes present and pictured. One on the left side (when worn) near the lower pocket, two holes at the right sleeve cuff and two holes at the back of the right sleeve.
