This is a beautifully tailored piece. Wool/cashmere. Black with metallic specks throughout. Gentle peplum fit. It’s missing 3 buttons as per photos. One button under collar flap can be used at bottom of jacket. One on one of the sleeves could be removed so there’s three on each arm. Fixed!
