Polyester Blouse - 10

How do I describe this cute little blouse. It certainly does not have hanger appeal but it is so adorable on. It has a topstitched elastic cuff, And a pleated base, designed to wear out and over anything you pair it with. This class has been worn only once to a luncheon over a pair of plum jeans. I am large breasted, so I really appreciated the roominess of this blouse along the bust line.
