Polyester burnt orange and blue pattern dress size small

This is a cute, fun pattern dress. I think I picked it up from golden tote when that was a thing. The skirt appears like a wrap skirt, but it's a full skirt with a flap for detail. The skirt part is lined as well. It's too small for me now. 100% polyester, and dry clean only. No brand tag on it. The waist does have elastic to it on the back side,but no stretch otherwise. Sleeves are 3/4 and are gathered with elastic. Flat measurements: Bust: 17" Waist :13" Hips 18" Length: 34“
