You'll need the Polymer80 PF940C Jig Kit, made for the old PF940C 80% Frame and compatible with the new Polymer80 PF940C (G19) "ATF Compliant/Bridge" 80% Frame (aka P80 75% frame). You'll need this jig to cut and drill your 80% frame blank, making it ready for assembly with a GLOCK 19 Build Kit. Polymer80 designed the PF940C jig kit to be easy to use. It requires only basic tools and approximately one hour of your time to fabricate your frame. The jig is made from a tough fiber-nylon composite, which allows you to use it to complete up to three frames.
