@holttalor4 The material is 💯 rayon. I wouldn’t define this skirt as “smooth & soft”… that more like a cotton material to me. I’d say it has a flowy firmness with a silk-like texture. It’s definitely not rough and I’d say comfy. Because it’s flowy, I’d recommend wearing lil shorts under. Hope that helps.
