Pop Saint Barth Sparkly Black Waist Tied Blouse

Pre-owned Pop Saint Barth blouse. I don't see a size tag, but I will include measurements. My guess would be a size medium/large. It's made 100% viscose fabric that's lightweight and stretchy, ties at the waist and sleeves, and it comes in a sparkly black. It's in excellent condition, no stains, rips, etc. Chest- About 40 inches around Sleeve- 15 inches Length from shoulder- 21 inches
