Port Authority puff vest

Port Authority puffer vest, deep navy color with embroidery of Hitchcock Woods on chest as it was purchased as part of fundraiser. Warm; zipper pockets (small fingertip size holes of pocket lining, not visible at all); two interior pockets, one at chest with zipper and one at hem with drawstring; drawstring hem for customized fit. Small tear near bottom edge of inside seam (see photo) but does not affect function. Price reflects flaws.
