The charger works just fine. The usb cable length is about 6 inches. You can replace it of course, just buy a larger cable at Walmart, gas station, etc. The Candy Cane Power Bank is 400mAh, that will give smartphones and tablets up to three hours of additional charge time. I didn't use it much. I only used it a couple of times! The reason I bought it is because I used to play Pokemon Go more than 2 years ago but I stopped playing that game.
