Portia & Scarlett Blue Pageant Gown

Blue Portia and Scarlett pageant mermaid dress worn once for an hour at Miss Ohio’s Teen for evening gown. This dress has an off the shoulder plunge neckline and a mermaid silhouette. There is also a high slit. This dress looked absolutely stunning on stage and deserves to be worn again!! The fabric has no stretch. I'm 5'3" and wore 5" heels. It can also be worn for prom, and gala.
