Portia & Scarlett NTW Navy Gown, unaltered

Portia & Scarlett brand Navy blue, one-shoulder gown in an ultra figure flattering stretch satin. Brand new dress purchased at a bridal shop for $425 and never worn or tried on (I tried on the sample only) - The tags are still on and it was never altered! I intended to wear this to a friend’s wedding but my baby had other plans and I cannot return the dress so it needs a new home! Dress is a size 10 and has a good amount of stretch - I normally fit in a size 6 or 8 and this size fit perfectly with some give for eating and dancing.
