Portia & Scarlett Pageant Couture Fun Fashion Dress sz 10/12. MEGA BLING!

This is a customized Portia and Scarlett. It is tag a size 14, but it runs small! Fits more like a size 10 or 12. I had the silk added to the back as a cape. This does have a few small imperfections, and it is reflected in the price. Overall, we wore on stage as is and was AMAZING!
