This is a size 4 women’s Portia & Scarlett formal/semi formal dress. It is a baby blue with pearls and sequins. It was worn one time for a formal dance. It is in excellent condition on the outside but has tanning marks on the inside as shown in pictures. However the outside is gorgeous!! Also with this dress are the matching heels with box. Again worn only one time! The heels have sequins and pearls as well. This set is stunning!!!!
