The imperfection is some poor finishing on the left shoe toe seam (?) - actually, pls see the photo as my description skills fail. But structurally, these are 100% intact. Fit: This is a TTS women's 11 in length, but they are narrow to start. That said, the supple leather will mold to your foot: These are very comfy and a versatile staple- I have two pairs of this shoe already in sz 10.5 and thought I could do an 11 bc i wanted this colourway so much, but, nah :-(
