Portland leather medium dark blue tote, ALTERED

This is an altered medium dark blue handbag. I added black leather handles and turned it inside out. So Swede on the outside with a smooth leather pocket. I do not have the original strap. I have added a strap I purchased from NSJ Creations. I added a small tie-on leather flower I made and a large jump ring to add your purse bling .
