Porzellanfabrik Moschendorf Demitasse Espresso Teacup & Mismatched Saucer

Made between 1895-1910, this beautiful 125 year old demitasse tea cup features fruits and florals, and was manufactured at Porzellanfabrik Moschendorf (Moschendorf Porcelain Factory), Bavaria. Pretty hand painted flowers and fruits grace the front of this beautiful antique bone china teacup. The intricate handle and rim are trimmed in 18k gold, and there’s surprisingly little gold loss given it’s age. The mismatched saucer matches the colors of the teacup beautifully, with a single bud hand painted on one side. Teacup measures approximately 3” tall x 3” wide (including handle). Saucer measures approximately 4” diameter. As seen in photos, please note the cup and saucer each have a tiny chip on the rim. Also there are some tiny black spots under the glaze, common to the manufacturing process at the time.
