montrealstyle Hi! Thank you for buying the black Rudsac purse. I see you rated it a little low, and I just wondered what you didn’t love? I conditioned the leather the day I shipped and packed it carefully. The bag was as described. I only ask because I want to learn why you weren’t thrilled so I can do better. I am 4.9 stars as a seller so this is a concern to me. Thank you for your time :)

laurel_marie_ @montrealstyle Hi there! I’m not very familiar with that brand l, other than a bait of boots I have that I love. I felt the quality and condition of the bag wasn’t in line with the price at all. The leather is very thin and the bag is clearly used. It was a disappointing purchase.

montrealstyle @laurel_marie_ thank you for your honest reply. Rusdak is a higher end line from Quebec and that leather is a super durable thin, light leather. Rudsak specializes in that leather, along with their competitors M0851. It is a high quality leather, even as thin as it is. I have many of that line. I checked the description and never said it was without use,although I know for the past ten or so years it was used on,y a couple times. I’m very sorry you are disappointed. It is a quality bag.

laurel_marie_ @montrealstyle Thank you. I’m a bag person so I’m pretty familiar with bags, quality are various leather. I didn’t realize the bag was over 10 years old and that may be the reason for the disappointment. My leather bags are mainly Longchamp or Prada and I wasn’t expecting quite that quality but it is what it is. I’m going to throw it in with my travel stuff and use it when I’m sightseeing on trips and don’t want to bring a nicer bag. Thank you for the follow up. 🌺

The bag has been stored and protected well in the years, and conditioned yearly and they sell the same bag now, just changed in style a bit. If you get to Quebec walk through a Rudsak store. Nonetheless, I am glad it can be a good fill in or travel purse. It is lightweight so that’s a benefit. Thank you so much and all the best to you.
