It has given me a way to sell my handmade jewelry and has become a wonderful place to meet friends! I am coordinating a hopefully live Charlotte NC party this spring and cannot wait to meet some of my girls in real life! I have emailed posh support about your suggested user program and they said several weeks ago they would be getting back to me after reviewing my closet. I hope to one day be able to say I can be an example to new poshers by being a SU. Thank you again for creating such a wonderful app!

I've asked several times about the how the SU wheel works , but I've noticed time after time that missaisha, charis, tripklis, trischel, katef, Maria, fashionableeme and several others are on the SU list at least 3 times or more a day and it's not just me that's noticed I've had many conversations with other women who feel the same way when we only see are names maybe once every other day if we are lucky? Do we have to have a blog or something to be treated fairly on this site? Also bellefleur just joined in August and her name is always at the top of the list several times and her followers and sells are going like crazy but I must say missaisha is the one that we all see always at the top of the list and quite frankly it's not very fair! I've sold lots on this site but I really feel that this is somewhat of a politic type thing. Favoritism is not a good thing and I'm seriously considering closing my closet all together due to this. It's very disheartening 😞 and I am very sad about all the favoritism going on around here😭 I've written to posh support several times as well about this and you. Thanks

jbear @manish Hi Manish! I believe I introduced myself awhile ago, but my nick name is my username :) I'm J Bear, and have been poshing since 2012. I immediately fell in love with this app and it has been a big part of my life over the last few years. I have made some tremendous strides in my personal life, as well as my professional life since joining and I believe Poshmark has had a huge positive impact on my character and integrity through the success I've had and the amazing women I've know to call my friends! I have hosted 1 party so far, a few months back and will request for my 2nd opportunity within the next week or so. Since first signing up, there have been many newbies, now no Longer newbies they are respected and trusted SU's. All the while I've been waiting for "my moment." To be perfectly honest, I was not necessarily waiting for a random email granting me the coveted spot of SU, no it's much more then that. What I bwlieve a Suggested User is composed of is much more then a wonderful closet. A suggested user wants to play the part and do so with dignity, I believe my time has been earned and I hope you and your Team agree:) I will consider this "part 1" of my request to be an SU, and will email "part 2" with my 2nd party Host request. Of course, the rest is up to you and your Team and I hope the decision is in my favor! Anywho, thanks for listening & have a great morning! (PS, i'm on EST so forgive me for writing so early ;)

I hope this wasn't towards me - I have no issue admitting that I'm a reformed Posher who has dedicated myself to others that were in my same position. On the other hand, I encourage your honesty but also expect your acceptance. I'm all for helping others and hope for the same in return ;) if for any reason that comment WAS directed towards me I would like the opportunity to explain my store my in depth ~ as I haven't touched Paypal in probably close to a year if not longer.

I'd never want to be rewarded for something I didn't deserve, and I'm actually happy I got that off of my chest. Only reason I'm still with Posh, although the Poshmark culture has grown shockingly fast, the community is still only human and extremely down to earth from my experiences so far 😉 Thanks again Manish, hopefully I'll be able to get out to the next Posh Fest 👍🐻

ladyphade @manish &@lyann One of my favorite poshers @theora just blocked me for asking her a question.I found this to be very rude behavior for PM.Im devastated b/c her closet was my favorite and she priced well.There is no way to contact her to resolve can you help?She was listing her listings under other brand names and I simply asked her why she was doing that since I really did not know.The item had already sold for her as well so I do not see how it would affect her:-(Can't we all just get along?

The only thing we have found that helps to get the hate posts down faster is reporting from both pages. When we flag and report from the funfashion213 account only it can take hours to be removed

kaayyy1 @manish I absolutely love your site but I hate the customer service you guys provide. There is absolutely no protection for the seller on posh. A lady orders something and later decides she wants to cancel it after it’s been shipped she then says she will refuse it. Posh says all sales are final so she destroys it and files a claim. I provide videos of packing and shipping item is in described condition. Yet they still sit on it without deciding.

The buyer picks up the box in Jan 6 on Jan 10 files a claim not as described I again send videos and pics and 18 days later no payment released and I can’t even see under review what the buyer said and or write anything. I have sent 10 emails and they still won’t release payment.

If no seller than no buyers and no business. Everyone should be protected especially if seller records all sales during shipping.

kaayyy1 @manish sellers are not protected at all, after 4 days and after item being inspected and authenticated by posh buyer complains of it not matching descriptions and leaving me out of the claim process. I had no say at all. 18 days later I get a email you guys side with the buyer as always. Customer is always right but I’m not a multi million dollar business.
