ejostling It's becoming pretty rampant! I hope that helps you. My philosophy is that with the VERY wide variety of closets and pricing strategies a 50%+ off offer is completely unnecessary but it seems to be becoming an epidemic. Of course you want my $50 item for $15...who wouldn't??...that's not how it's supposed to work😉

ejostling @trail_raven🤗🤗🤗😊😊😊you are not alone!! Sometimes I wonder if it is a game. I got a $20 offer on a $97 listing from another seller, who sells for profit. It can be very demoralizing and bothers me more than it should. Then someone comes in and buys something without even making an offer and my faith is restored, lol. I also send a chart for offer recommendations when I feel like making a point🤣😛 Have a lovely evening!

bagsnbistros @harleylulu one kid gave me 1 star and accused me of selling a fake Michael kors. (it wasnt obviously). I've been flipping purses for three years now, I know fakes. Besides I'd never jeopardize my posh account. The other lady never accepted my package so I politely asked her a few weeks later she'd mind rating me ...she gave me a bad review, saying I had poor communication...

Easier to list on this ap, but don’t make as much when it sells or with low offers, ughhh, I accepted a low offer on a rare item because I saw she had a little baby. Lol ♥️

jayroo @trail_raven @harleylulu honestly they hurt my feelings and I feel like they think I’m a jerk and or an idiot. I will work with people who talk to me first, how they like it & what the can afford, yada yada. But when I get the super wtf is wrong with you lowball. I give my one counter, which will be descent. They come back with $2 dollars more than their original lowball and I give them the same counter 😂 makes me feel good and that pretty much ends the exchange.

toomuchmusic You're right--an offer for way less than half of the listed price is rude. And some will put one item in a bundle. I sometimes tell them that one item does not a bundle make, but they probably think I'm being snarky. Some low ballers have nothing for sale. I recently gave one a really good deal (NWT), gave it the same nice wrapping and quick shipping as I give anyone and she gave me 4 stars, no explanation and no way to contact her. Thanks for letting me spew.

shellchad @toomuchmusic thank you so much for clearing something up for me. I was reading your comments and I agree with all the comments here. I haven't been doing this long but I wondered about bundles. I have a lot of ppl put 1 item in a bundle and then they want a big discount and me to pay most or all of the shipping. But thank you. I didn't think 1 item was a bundle.

toomuchmusic @shellchad I think they just don't understand the concept. Still, I have made offers to people who bundle one item and they usually ignore it or reject the offer. There's a learning curve for all of us.

wowtreasures Hello Kriss, Thanks for spreading the word and posting this up. I think its happening across the board. I've gotten so many low-ballers lately, its quite sad. I have a NWT brand name item still currently retailing /selling online for $140, sizes are limited, and selling out fast. Well, my listed price was $69. The buyer offered me $15. I'm already taking a huge loss on it, and these low-ballers want to chop you some more.

jammie819 I have to add my 2 cents in too. I recently started selling on Posh, I started as a buyer. Bought from some really nice people! Then I started to sell. More time consuming than I thought it would be, but ok. I have been getting such lowball offers! I would counter with a reasonable offer and then they REDUCE their original offer. This has happened on more than one occasion. It's insane! Thanks for letting me get that off my chest. Happy poshing!!!!

chasingzebras I googled "is it rude to ignore a Poshmark offer" because I go through Posh and pickout my next wardrobe for the upcoming season. I may not be intendeding to buy right now, i just have the time to look, then when I get paid, I'll go back and pick a few outfits. I've been poshing since Jan 2019 and have only ever paid full price or accepted a sellers offer. Have faith ladies, there are still some good people out here! I love shopping other peoples closets!

I usually check & C if they have sites on Posh & what their $ R If they R selling $300 purses, etc offering me $5 4 A Coach I get frustrated.
