Posh etiquette please!!!

Recently, There's been a handful of times I get excited about an item. I make an offer, there's a transaction and no item!!! It never gets shipped out! You will not get any money selling items you don't have! So I don't understand the reasoning behind it. If you've lost the item just say so, cancel the transaction and take it down. Please don't make the person wait 7-10 days for nothing. Thank you and Happy Poshing 😬
