karisrenee Hi @stacyhadac, yes I am familiar with LipSense :) And I took a peek at your closet! It has great variety! My feedback would be to maybe consider using a hanger for some pics. You utilize natural light really well by shooting outside, but maybe instead of laying your clothes on that structure outdoors,

karisrenee possibly just hang them on a cute clean looking hanger (and then hang THAT hanger on the structure outside). This might help your garments look more presentable in the appealing shape that you see in-store on hangers vs. the odd shapes that clothes can make when you just lay them out. (plus I'm sure it takes a lot of time to get it just right) A hanger (even if you crop it out at the top) will help keep your look consistent. xo

vallery413 Thanks so much for letting me know, my mistake. I listed it as a large but it fit like a medium & I'm a woman that wears a size small , so it was too big for me. There was no need to open a case, I wish that you would have contacted me first. You could have kept the jacket to resale and the funds. My first negative experience on Posh...didn't think that it was that deep to open up a case. Sorry about that, I guess I need to be much, much more careful!

Opening a case is actually very minor, and if there is any issue with an order, users are directed to contact customer support asap, as this is the only way to guarantee a return. Everyone unfortunately will not have time to resale an incorrectly marked item, so as I prefer to return the item

karisrenee instead of potentially holding it for weeks to sell again, reshooting, etc.- opening a case was the only option to ensure this. Poshmark is very good with things like this, so it's no problem at all! They may even pay both parties considering the low cost of the item not really being worth the return shipping cost. They work for us 😉and they'll be in touch soon. Thanks!

My biggest tip is to just make your cover photos look what I call “Pinterest worthy” or “insta worthy” LOL basically, a strong cover shot will make all the difference in the world. so I try to style my covers like the social media accounts that I follow or post myself. Once I redid all of my photography and started incorporating my page with social media, I started tosee a real increase!

I’ve had some creepy people say they want to buy and item and leave their phone #. Or ask me to email. When I direct them to the BUY button they disappear. It’s happened a couple times. oneklassykloset I think I have finally found you! Last October we sold my mom's home in Tulsa & held an estate sale. I got to meet your wonderful Mom & Grandmama. They revisited our sale a few times. We got on the subject of PM & they told me about all you've accomplished & discovered we both went to Baylor. I wish you the very best in your business. karisrenee @zarrillij hey fabulous! Well, welcome back!🎀 My first tip would be to get excited about taking photos and styling them in a way that would make you want to buy them yourself! Your cover photo is your first chance to make an impression, so you want it to be very clickable!! I would use consistent backgrounds for your photos wherever you can and don’t be afraid to style the item(s) you’re selling with other accessories💋

smilemonster Can you help me please? I was just made an offer on one of my items, it was kind of low, but I am new and I thought, it would be nice to just have a sale, so I accepted. But then I received a notice that there was "an issue with the payment method". Whenever I purchased something from someone else and made an offer, the sale was binding and money was immediately taken from my account. After looking back through this person's account, I am finding a lot of this happening with her. Any advice?
