I noticed a Poshmark change because I did a review earlier tonight & was WHAT?🤷♀️ why is my face🙎♀️ on there instead of the item I purchased?
Then I tapped my face🙎♀️, & there was 1 of my items I bought.
I'm not a fan because sometimes I get interested in buying something after seeing👀 the item in a review. 🛍
I don't know if Poshmark is still updating this because under our "About Posher" it is now white⬜ again at 11:52pm EST 🤷♀️

I can’t set up my featured posher tonight. I use the about info to screen. I like to use ppl ghat shop not just sell. It’s part of giving back.

Experiencing the same thing on our end with the majority of people but not all but also with my own page. Also when you click to open all of notes the page is often completely blank. Contacted Poshmark wondering if they're having a system-wide issue. either way not good 🙄🙄

Hi sweetie. I actually noticed this yesterday and emailed posh about it and it isn’t a Poshmark change. Their servers were down the other day for a little bit and they had some site glitches. They are working to repair it back to where it was. There are actually a few things broken right now. Not just love notes. 💕

@roseamethyst well, seeing bundles anymore in the shopping bag icon isn’t working for me and several others. But it’s working for some. The love notes screen as mentioned works for some and not others. If it does show up, you can’t click view all loves. MTP page isn’t/wasn’t working. And also yesterday several sold listings would just show reserved for hours open hours even though already purchased.

@roseamethyst something really bad just happened. Someone just bought from me. But I didn’t get a notification or anything. I look in my sales and it shows there as purchased but it says canceled. She tried doing it again and it automatically canceled her ordered. She didn’t cancel it, I didn’t cancel it. It just automatically canceled the moment it was ordered. I am freaking out now.

Yeaaa definitely not an “upgrade” and not a change they did on purpose. It’s a glitch that they said they are trying to resolve. Let’s hope it happens soon. This is craziness. Ugh

@innerbeauty1968 Well the white is finally gone, but on the ❤ Notes, the Posher's profile shows still, and you can tap on that to see their purchase. That's about it.🤷♀️

@angelas_avenue I just checked this out & am actually kinda glad that it doesn't show the item for which a love note was written because of wholesale items purchased...people could see what we bought & how much we actually spent

@alwaysposhible That was my thought at first because a lot of Poshers don't write love notes for them for that reason. However, if you read what I wrote, tap on the Poshers photo, and it does show their purchase, or 1 item if they bought a bundle of items, so idk the reason for that change. Speaking of wholesale, Poshers know you're taking the risk of inventory, plus Poshmark takes their 20%, and did you try @valmarie_pm yet? She is the best!😁 ~Angela

I always go to the feed to pull up friends to share for. It’s wiped out to. Their labeling system is different now too, adding on charges for over 5 lbs.

@nelsgarage I'm having that issue now. For example, I've a Posher I'm holding a bracelet for until tomorrow and it looked like "moments ago" she added it to a bundle. I knew about the issue, so I reached out to her and asked her if she did it a day early, and she did not. 🤦♀️I'm glad I asked so she didn't think I was bugging her.~Angela

apparently the threshold on my news feed is 10 to 15 minutes and it starts listing the actual time again. Not sure what you guys are using but it is only doing it on the cell phones app (galaxies). Not doing it on the iPad app..

the timing in the feed is messed up. I took two screenshots where a person shared my same items so it's the same spot in the feed one was last night at about 1 in the morning and it says "moments ago," the second one I took at two this afternoon and it said it was 8 hours ago. so same spot in the feed one timing said it was 1 in the morning the next timing says the same spot is at roughly 6 something in the morning..

I had a new Posher make a purchase from me last Saturday. I reached out to them right away & said I'd ship Monday & they should receive their order Thursday b/c their label showed 3day delivery. I shipped as promised, then around 5pm today, I noticed they cancelled their order.🤔

Setting aside the fact one can't cancel their order 2 1/2 days later, I received no email from PM or nothing in my newsfeed. I reached out to PM in the order section explaining the above & I had already shipped. I did receive an email back stating I'd hear something back within 48hrs. So this sounds like this is going to be fun. Btw, this purchase was for NWT Gucci Sunglasses for $236...a "steal" I thought which I've no idea what's to happen now.🤷♀️ Fun stuff?? @angelas_avenue I don’t believe they canceled. I think posh believes they did. I doubt you’ll have a problem with the buyer. I think you might not get paid because the posh system says it was canceled and there is no need to pay you. Email them and write everything out. When they email you back continue to answer them that the problem exist. Don’t forget screenshots.
You cannot actually begin to resolve this till Thursday so work slowly.

@roseamethyst I'm hoping that's the issue. I did all you said. I sent Poshmark all the details and photos of the order and email it had been shipped and explained I'm not sure the Posher cancelled that I believe it's because of their app issue. Whew. My goodness! I appreciate your advice and am glad we're on the same page. I hope this is my only one I have to deal with on this issue, as well as, no one else has this problem. ~Angela

@angelas_avenue Tried to read all the comments above. OK, so there HAS been an issue and I already received my email back from PM. They said to watch for app updates as it will update soon because of many recent bugs.

@angelas_avenue If you go to where the PM app is rated, you can see all the comments from the weekend til now about similar issues that Poshers are having. I also noticed that Ratings show their faces & I just thought, Well that's different! But yes, I agree with you. Since this last update, bleh.

Thankful for sirens, alarms, basements, and safety! Chloe was seriously upset for almost an hour before and we could not figure out why? We were streaming on Netflix so had the warning not screeched across our phones....😳😳😳

@angelas_avenue Our neighbors do not have a basement so we they run over to ours whenever tornadoes are near! We grew up in Kansas City, MO so basements were a given! #tornadoalley I was in Atlanta at a Dental Conference when that torn ripped through downtown! We spent a good 3-4 hours in the basement of the Omni! Our friends were in the Georgia Dome watching a Basketball game! That gave a whole new meaning to MARCH MADNESS! 😱😱😱

@angelas_avenue sorry I’m late in actually commenting on this but my app and even the computer only was working once in awhile over the last few days so it’s been frustrating. I can get on for about an hour and then all of a sudden it goes black and says able to connect to server but I found another way to contact someone because the 48hours for a email wasn’t working for me lol

@vintib Thanks for doing this! The "time" something occurs is no longer "real" time and this is a disservice. I'm losing my place in return shares and thinking I have a new comment that I actually addressed hours ago. PM advertising that they found things for me based on what I share is a NO GO! Just because I shared a winter coat doesn't mean I'm interested! It's in the 80s right now. If you're ever compiling a list of what they SHOULD improve let me know😂😂🐚🌺

@vintib FEEDBACK is always better than Criticism!! I worked 10 years as a college professor! I never used the words “constructive criticism” as it sounded like an oxymoron! 😂😂😂Students were much more responsive to feedback or even constructive feedback! Much more positive focus! Especially with fragile students in their early 20’s trying so hard to “be perfect”! I know...I was one of those dental and dental hygiene students back in the day! 🥰

Just got an email from Poshmark asking me if the news feed timing was fixed. I checked and "moments ago" is gone back in favor of minutes again! I gave them further feedback about love notes and not being able to see the item so hopefully they fix that too, and hopefully a good start back in the right direction.

Just FYI Apple is updating right now to iOS 13.3.1. That may cause some iPad and iPhone users to have some quirks with the Poshmark app. Hopefully not but I thought I’d let you know. 🤯🤯🤯

@frankhome1992 There was one Posher way up in the feed that was writing down all our issues and sending in one thing to Poshmark. Things got better for about a week or so and I'm hearing some are having trouble again. I did earlier in the week. I'm so sorry.
