Positive Fragmentation Fine Art Coffee Table Book

Printed in 2022, this 136-page hardcover book was published in conjunction with the exhibition Positive Fragmentation: From the Collections of Jordan D. Schnitzer and His Family Foundation organized by the National Museum of Women in the Arts. Drawn from feminist critic and art historian Lucy Lippard’s 1978 essay of the same name, this exhibition includes prints by twenty-one artists who use fragmentation both stylistically and conceptually. Authors include Jordan D. Schnitzer, Virginia Treanor, William J. Simmons, Sarah Diver, and Julia Oswald with a foreword from director Susan Fisher Sterling. Hardcover, 136 pages.
