Positive Influence Black Velvet Peplum Rhinestone Dress

This dress is a little black stunner! Everyone needs a little black dress in their closet, and it's even better with sweet little details like this one has! The velvet is so soft, most likely a rayon velvet. I love the peplum waist, but best of all are the rhinestones which will really make you sparkle! The only tags read size 7/8 (please check the measurements to ensure a proper fit!) and dry clean only. The dress is fully lined in acetate, which shows some discoloration.
