Positive Influence Vintage 80's Women Secretary Blue Polka Dot Gold Accents Dress Art Deco Small. Stunning 80s dress with 1920s art Deco influence. Blue with white polka dot designs with beautiful pleated details and shoulder pads. Accent gold buttons and a gold bucked belt.  Belt is a little stiff, can easily substitute with your own to add your own flare.  Size says 13-14 but vintage sizing runs small. Fits on a size 6 mannequin. Please see photos for details of condition. Is in vintage condition so does have some color fading under right armpit. Belt does have some creases but it is a stiff belt so that is why.
